In this project, I was tasked with finding a real estate listing for a house in need of renovation and creating high-quality visualizations to highlight its potential. I chose a classic house in the suburbs, and focused my redesign on two key spaces: the kitchen and a children’s room. My goal was to reimagine the home with a colorful Scandinavian aesthetic with lots of thrift finds. One of the main challenges was working from real estate photos and floor plans only. I used photo-matching techniques to reconstruct room geometries. Post-production was done in Photoshop, bringing a final layer of polish to the images. This project was a great opportunity to combine technical precision, creative styling, and storytelling through interior design—all while practicing an efficient visualization workflow aimed at real-world renovation and marketing scenarios.
